In September 2005 the Board of Flourish Homes

association formed a non asset holding partnership with Aster Group.
 
Aster Group, based in Devizes in Wiltshire, is the parent company of four high performing not-for-profit organisations in the south and south west that provide affordable homes, care and support services. It has assets of almost £350 million. Members of the Aster Group are Aster Property Management, Sarsen Housing Association, Ridgeway Community Housing Association, all based in Devizes, and Testway Housing, based in Andover, Hampshire.
