Our Customer Charter

We feel strongly that it's important to give our residents a good service. Flourish Homes is part of Aster Group and across the Group residents and staff worked together to come up with a new Customer Charter which sets out exactly what you can expect from us.

 

Our Customer Charter states:

Here’s what we will do:

  •  Make sure all of our services give you value for money

 

  • Welcome your views and report back on the actions we are going to take

 

  • Offer different ways of contacting us and respond promptly

 

  • Treat you with respect, being sensitive to your individual needs

 

  • Be honest and open, keeping to our promises

 

  • Say ‘sorry’ when we make a mistake and work with you as we learn to get it right

 

  • Keep your personal information safe

 

We recognise that excellent customer care is the key to our success. To help us achieve this we ask you to:

  • Treat us and other customers with politeness and respect
