Management of Mendip Housing includes a Board which is responsible for the strategic direction of the association.

Wendy Murphy
Chair

Wendy took over as the Chair of Mendip Housing in September 2005. Wendy has more than 20 years' experience in housing, including employment at the Housing Corporation in London where she was involved in a number of areas such as working on mixed-funding for low cost home ownership initiatives. Wendy has also worked as a consultant for a range of organisations such as the DSS, MoD and several health authorities and has been employed as a consultant on a number of stock transfers.

The Chair is an independent member i.e. she is not affiliated to any particular organisation.
