There’s something a bit different about Flourish Homes’s repairs service from 2 January 2009.
Aster Property Management is our new repairs contractor. Also known as APM, it is the part of the Aster Group, of which Flourish Homes is also a member.
APM currently already help us on our planned maintenance work improving our homes over the longer term. It fits new kitchens, bathrooms and heating systems and now staff will be carrying out all the emergency, urgent and routine repairs needed to our homes.
It’s the same great service but now tenants are able to make an appointment when they ring to report the repair. We are responsible for carrying out certain repairs to our tenants' homes and they are responsible for others.
