We’ve now got a new plan for the future and it’s been created with the help of our customers, staff and the organisations that do business with us.
More than 1,000 people who get services from us, or live in homes owned or managed by one of the Aster Group companies, sent back a questionnaire telling us what they thought. And another 252 people came along to one of our ‘I think this’ sessions and gave us more ideas and thoughts.
This special report shows you how those opinions helped make the plan. It will also show you what we’re going to do now and how you can take part in the next stage too. You can read the full five year Corporate Strategy here.
We’d also like you to get involved in the next part of the ‘working for the future’ plan, by coming along to a special day at Longleat on Saturday 2nd October.
On this day, we want to pick your brains on a few things. But we’ll give you a free day out with the family in return.

We’ll make sure it’s fun too and then you’ll then have the rest of the day to enjoy Longleat. We’ll pay for your entry fee and help you get there, if you need it.
