Paying your rent

There are lots of ways to pay your rent which means you can find the best method that suits you.

 

You can pay right now if you have a debit card. Click on Pay your rent on the right which takes you to the bill pay site. Nothing could be easier!

 

We also take payment by debit card over the phone. Call our free rents hotline number 0800 068 8853 Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5pm and we can take your details over the phone.

 

You can pay with cash at our Kilver Court offices in Shepton Mallet. Call into the offices Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm. Find out how to get to our offices here.

Paypoint logo

 

You can use your rent payment card at any Post Office or PayPoint site. Look out for this symbol

Direct debit logo

 

You can set up a monthly direct debit - it takes the hassle out of remembering! You will need to print the direct debit form so that you can sign it and return it to us.

  

Standing order logo

 

You can set up a bank standing order - again it takes the hassle out of remembering. You'll need to talk to your bank about getting a standing order form from them.
