What do we do?
What have we done over the past few years?
We’ve been involved in lots of things like:
- Complaints and compliments
- Setting performance information – the standards Flourish Homes needs to meet on the way it delivers its services to tenants
- The disabled adaptations review
- Setting business plan objectives
- New rent payment options
- Choice based lettings – the new way to get housing association accommodation in Somerset
- The care and support strategy
- The RESPECT agenda – the government’s plan to help build better communities for everyone
How can you get involved?
The Federation is made up of representatives from each of the Tenants’ forums so join your Forum!
We’re keen for residents to be involved in a way that suits you and there are lots of ways you can help Flourish Homes.
