Flourish Homes has a number of lock-up garages which we rent to both tenants of our homes and to other local residents.
They are perfect for a car or for some extra storage space for household items.
Monthly rent for Flourish Homes tenants is £26.50. You don't have to be one of our tenants to rent a garage but if you're not a tenant then the monthly rent is slightly higher because it includes VAT.
We have garage blocks in Frome, Glastonbury, Shepton Mallet, Street and Wells as well as many of the villages in Mendip where we have homes. You can find out where we have garages by using the search directory at the bottom of the page. All the towns and villages where we have garages are listed in the category drop-down menu. You can then find out the road where they're situated.
