Mendip Helpline provides a 24-hour emergency service and is available across the Mendip area. You do not have to be a tenant of Mendip Housing to use this service.

People have a Helpline if they are:

• suffering poor health
• victims of crime
• feeling isolated or vunerable
• Disabled

A Helpline unit is attached to your own phone and you can also wear a small button so that you can call for help from anywhere in your house and garden.

If you are on a low income, Mendip Housing can help with the cost of the service.
