We have restructured our Neighbourhood Services Team, bringing together our housing services and income recovery work into one department.

There are now housing services officers who deal with neighbourhood matters such as:

• Tenancy matters
• Letting out homes
• Moving to another home
• Anti-social behaviour
• Working with area forums and other tenants’ groups

There are also housing service officers who deal with money matters such as:

• Rent
• Garage rents
• Rent arrears
• Recharges
• Court costs
• Service & Support charges

We also have a dedicated debt and benefit advisor who will visit customers in the privacy of their own homes if they are experiencing benefit of financial difficulties.
