Flourish Homes provides a wide range of supported housing for older people, people with disabilties and adults with learning difficulties.
We work closely with Somerset Supporting People Team, Social Services and Mendip Primary Care Trust to plan and deliver a number of key services to our residents. We are also a registered domiciliary care provider.
